1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. Employees of The Patten Arms, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter: Participants must like, share, and comment on the designated Facebook post to enter. Each like, share, and comment counts as a separate entry. Multiple entries are allowed.

3. Entry Period: The competition opens on July 1st 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM on July 24th, 2024. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries received during the entry period. The draw will occur July 25th, 2024. 

5. Prize: The prize is a £100 voucher at The Patten Arms. The voucher is non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Facebook within seven days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and The Patten Arms reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to their names and any associated photos used in promotional material for The Patten Arms.

8. Data Protection: Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed according to The Patten Arms’ Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions: The Patten Arms reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary. The decision of The Patten Arms regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

10. Governing Law: The competition will be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
